John Flann’s Death and Will 1733

John² died in 1733. We know he was married and had no children.

His Will left his house in Chesil to his “kinsmen” brother Thomas and John¹⁰. Half an acre of arable land and John⁵ went to his nephews Richard (1740-89) and a yard and a half of arable land to Abraham (d. 1749) and John⁵. These being the sons of younger brother Thomas. His new dwelling house and remainder of his land went to brother Thomas’s son William and who was his Executor.
